Project Manager- Brewery

Initial concept design preparation  
and total requirement checklist and RFA process. Involved in preparation of RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation  
with the vendor. Undertake budget for the entire project including facility requirement. Representing  
engineering team and validation of all engineering documents and integration. Create a Project Plan in  
consultation with BD and teams, approval from management. Define timeline, quality parameters, budgets,  
reporting templates and time frames of the project. Coordinate with all stakeholders and keep them updated on  
plan v/s actual. Define fund flow requirements. Define engagement norms and terms for architects, structural  
engineers, supervision consultants, contractors. Prepare a detailed handover note for plant.
